More than a thousand homes without power in Pueblo

More than a thousand homes in Pueblo lost power at around 10:30 a.m. Monday.

A Black Hills Energy spokesman confirmed the outage, on Pueblo's south side. Customers along Vinewood, south of Pueblo Boulevard are affected.

The number of houses and business without power is listed as 1,159. Crews are trying to figure out the source of the problem and get it repaired.
