A house party in Fountain quickly got out of hand on Friday night after officers arrived on scene regarding a disturbance.
Fountain police say when they arrived, multiple people were in the street trying to leave the area. It was revealed that a house party was taking place at 730 Calle Entrada and that some people inside the house required medical attention for excessive alcohol consumption.
Officers also found a 14-year-old boy in the driveway face down in vomit.
In total, 51 people were found and identified at the scene. Of those, only three were over the age of 21.
Several people were seen by the Fountain Fire Department Medical Personnel on scene and all were released.
Arrested for Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor (Felony) was Margaret E. Rangel, 1/13/78 and Lucas A. Salas, DOB 10/21/87.
In addition, Jayetara Hanato, DOB 3/30/95 was arrested for Attempt to Influence a Public Servant, 3rd Officer, Resisting Arrest, Disorderly Conduct.
A juvenile whose name is not being released was also arrested for Obstructing a Peace Officer, Resisting Arrest, and Disorderly Conduct.
Quanisha Baros, DOB 3/28/96 and Jeremy Mondragon, DOB 5/15/93 were arrested for outstanding warrants.
The Fountain Police Department reminds persons over the age of 21 who supply alcohol to minors, they are subject to criminal charges.
