COLORADO SPRINGS - For the second time in less than 24 hours the same house in Colorado Springs caught fire and neighbors are starting to become suspicious.

Today's fire started just after 4:30 p.m. at a home at 1304 W. Costilla St. on the corner of Cherokee Street. No one was home at the time.

Neighbor Zoe Sullivan tells News 5 she heard men driving away just moments before she saw the smoke.

"I heard them, one pulled in back and I think one was up front and I heard, you know, yelling "yo dude, yo bro, blah, blah, blah," Sullivan said.

She said even before the fires there were suspicious people coming and going from the home at odd hours of the day.

The second fire began in a room on the lower level of the home. Investigators with the CSFD are currently looking for any evidence as to what started it. The utilities to the home were still shut off from Monday night's fire.
