New effort for Colorado personhood amendment

Backers of Colorado's personhood amendment plan to announce their campaign strategy on Monday.
The group pushing for voter approval also plans to discuss their campaign message and to release their first radio ad.
The proposal would give unborn fetuses human rights in the state constitution, setting up a likely conflict with the U.S. Constitution over a woman's right to abortion. The group is pushing similar measures in 40 states this year.
