TONIGHT: Partly cloudy and with overnight low temps very close to the lows we had this morning. 34 for Colorado Springs and Briargate...32 at Ft. Carson and Monument. Low tonight in Pueblo will be 28 with a milder 36 degrees in Canon City. There is a disturbance moving into the mountains overnight tonight and Sunday that will drop an inch or two of snow on the highest elevation for areas west of the Continental Divide. Skies will stay dry locally tonight and for the foreseeable future.
SUNDAY: If you like the weather on Saturday you'll love the outlook for Sunday. Mostly sunny skies, light winds and above average temps. High will range from 62 in Colorado Springs and 67 in Pueblo. Like Saturday...those highs will be at least 12 degrees above average.
MONDAY-TUESDAY: Abundant sun and mild for the beginning of the new week. Upper 50's in the Springs and lower to middle 60's for Pueblo, La Junta, Lamar, Canon City and Trinidad.
WEDNESDAY: The busiest travel day of the year will be our warmest day of the next 7! High temps for the eastern half of the state will range from 64 in Colorado Springs, to 69 in Pueblo and 65 in Denver. Wind should be fairly light and skies will be mostly sunny. Whether you are traveling by car or by air conditions state-wide should be nice.
THANKSGIVING DAY: The only change on the way of any note in the extended forecast arrives on Thursday morning in the form of a weak cool. We still expect splendid weather for you and your loved ones, but it will be about 7-10 degrees cooler compared to Wednesday. By afternoon temps will range from 57 in Colorado Springs to 60 degrees in Pueblo. Enjoy!
FRIDAY: Black Friday will start with cold temps in the morning. Upper 20's in the Springs and lower to middle 20's in Pueblo will make for some brisk weather for die-hard shoppers to stand in when they are waiting for the stores to open. Sunny skies and much warmer temps will rule for all of eastern Colorado by afternoon. Highs will be very close to those on Thanksgiving.
