It's a nice start to the work week, and the trend continues through mid-week. We'll see partly to mostly sunny skies this afternoon through Wednesday. Each day, an isolated shower will be possible, but this threat will stay closer to the high country and northern El Paso County.
Temperatures today will be warm. Highs in the Spring approach 90, with mid-90s in Pueblo. The trend with the temps is going to be to go down. But, this is going to be a slow trend with highs dropping just a degree or two each day through Friday.
Right now the weekend forecast looks like it could be more active. Widespread showers and t-storms will be possible from Friday through Sunday.
Happy Monday... Meteorologist Valerie Abati
