Operation Christmas Child

Operation Christmas Child has help millions of kids worldwide feel a little bit of Christmas joy over the holidays. Last year alone, over 8 million children received boxes.

Since 1993, 77 million lives worldwide have been touched by a shoe box. Inside this simple little gift kids will find toys, treats, hygiene products, and much more.

This year, most of the gifts will go to children in Mexico and Haiti.

Various sites across Colorado Springs and Pueblo will be collecting boxes until Monday, November 21st. Organizers from Vista Grande Baptist Church hope to reach at least 30,000 shoe boxes.
