Overnight snow; chilly Sunday

It'll be a cloudy, cold, and breezy overnight with areas of light snow pushing north to south through Southern Colorado. Temperatures will bottom out in the teens in most spots by Sunday morning. Northern areas will clear out from the snow before daybreak Sunday while southern locations will likely see some snow through about 8-9am. Snow accumulations will remain on the light side with a possible 1-3" over the mountains, trace-2" along the Front Range, and a trace-1" across the Southeastern Plains.

Expect mostly sunny skies for much of the day Sunday after some morning cloud cover. It will be cold out though with highs about 30 degrees colder than Saturday - running about 10 to 15 degrees below average.

The end of 2013 and start of 2014 looks to be a quiet one weatherwise for us. Highs throughout the holiday workweek will range anywhere from the 40s/50s with a few spots possibly reaching into the 60s (particularly on Tuesday and Friday). The forecast remains dry for the remainder of the week after Sunday's early morning snow.
