Pedestrian killed in Boulder hit-and-run

BOULDER, Colo. (AP) - Boulder police are looking for the driver of an SUV they say fatally struck a pedestrian and fled the scene.
Witnesses told police the vehicle that hit the victim was a dark-colored SUV similar to a Rav 4 or Nissan Xterra but investigators have no other identifying information. The crash happened at about 6:30 p.m. Saturday.
The identity of the victim has not been released because authorities are trying to contact family members.
