Pedestrian killed in Pueblo County

The Pueblo County Sheriff's Office says a 24 year old man was killed Wednesday night when he was struck by a driver. It happened on the 3900 block of Bergemann Rd. south of Highway 78 between Pueblo and Beulah.
A spokesperson for the sheriff's office says it appears the victim was walking in the middle of the road when he was struck by a car driving northbound. The driver is not facing charges at this time. The case is still under investigation.
