Poland: 15 die in freezing weather

Europe is getting an early and deadly taste of winter's bitter cold.

In Poland, overnight temperatures fell as low as minus 4 Fahrenheit and 15 people froze to death around the country. Police are asking people to alert them if they come across homeless or drunken people lying outdoors.

Since the beginning of December, police say 47 people have frozen to death countrywide.
