Police investigating 3rd bank robbery of the week

Colorado Springs Police, Robbery Detectives are investigating a reported armed robbery at the TCF Bank located at 4330 N. Academy Blvd. near the Austin Bluffs intersection.

Police tell News First 5 that an unknown race male approximately 5'6" to 5'8" and medium build, wearing a grey hooded sweatshirt and a dark mask or bandana covering his face entered the bank with a hand gun and demanded money from the bank staff. There are several unconfirmed reports from possible witnesses seeing the suspect enter a white sedan with a spoiler and dark tinted windows on the rear leave the area.

Police have added that the suspect was also wearing light colored jeans, dark shoes and carrying a blue duffle bag. This bank robbery is the third robbery within a week and the second at a TCF Bank location.
