Colorado Springs Police are now investigating a second post on the Craig's List website about an abandoned baby in Colorado Springs. Tuesday morning around 2:30 am, police received a report that an ad on the website stated a baby would be dropped off at the corner of Capulin and Saratoga in Pikes Peak Park. Officers went to the park and conducted an extensive search but found no baby.

This new posting follows the original ad posted to Craig's List on October 1st in which the poster stated that "a child would die if no one comes to get it." CSPD's Internet Crimes Against Children Unit has begun additional follow ups on the investigations. Police tell us warrants have been issued in the case and the investigation will continue.
