Colorado Springs Police say 57-year-old Edward Kiley has been arrested, after explosives were found in the home he was living in. It's located on Vermijo, near Prospect. He faces a charge of unlawful possession and use of an explosive device. His bond is set at $250,000.

Several homes have been evacuated in the area, while experts try to safely remove and destroy all of the explosives. Neighbors could be forced to stay out of their homes until tomorrow. A shelter has been set up at the Hillside Community Center on South Institute.
