Colorado Springs police have released a booking photo and alternate name for a man arrested for allegedly drunkenly dangling a 3-year-old boy from the third-floor balcony of an apartment complex Friday afternoon. Police say Manual Gonsales-Barreras was observed by officers extremely intoxicated and dangling the boy over the railing of a third-floor balcony at the Vistas at the Citadel apartments. Four officers yelled at Gonsales-Barreras to set the boy down and two of the officers waited below just in case the boy was dropped. The other two officers raced up the stairs and Gonsales-Barreras then brought the boy back over the railing and placed him in an apartment. Gonsales-Barreras was immediately arrested. The children were returned to their mother unharmed. When he was originally booked into the Criminal Justice Center, the name given for him was Manuel Flores-Nuno.
