Two horses and a llama died in a fire early yesterday morning at the Triple B Ranch in Woodland Park.
It's a guest ranch offering lodging and cabin rental, horse boarding, horse lessons and other activities.
The barn caught fire around 6 a.m. Monday. No cause is known, though according to the ranch, the point of the fire's origin has been located.
One horse that died was boarded there, the other horse was a World Champion stallion paint horse named Docs Delta Dude.
Many other animals were rescued, but the barn was destroyed. A account has been set up for donations at the Divide Feed Store.
