Pueblo baby on life support due to brain injuries

Pueblo police are investigating how a baby suffered serious brain injuries.
The 5-month-old baby was taken to Parkview Hospital Friday. Police say he was not breathing, but medical officials did not see any obvious signs of injury.
The baby boy was then taken in helicopter to Denver Children's Hospital for treatment. Pueblo police officers say the baby is in critical condition due to serious injuries to his brain. He is currently on life support.
Sunday, the Pueblo Police Department Detectives announced they have opened an investigation regarding the injuries.
