Pueblo court employee charged with Official Misconduct

An employee at the Pueblo Judicial Complex is charged with Official Misconduct and has been placed on administrative leave with pay pending an investigation.

Robin Arwood was arrested Wednesday.  She's been a judicial assistant in the Pueblo Court system since 2010.  She was released from jail after posting bail of $2,500.  Pueblo District Attorney Bill Thiebaut told us late this afternoon the police department will submit reports to his office for further consideration.  Thiebaut also said the arrest affidavit is sealed at this time.  Arwood is scheduled to appear before a judge on Monday.

We do not know the circumstances surrounding the charge, but we expect to find out more in the coming days.
