Hundreds of people in Pueblo are helping the homeless, by simply buying a bowl of soup. The 14th annual Empty Bowls fundraiser is going on at the Sangre De Cristo Arts Center on Thursday, Oct. 29. Lunch is being served from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.; dinner is from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.

The Pueblo School for Arts and Sciences holds the annual fundraiser to help three non-profit groups: Posada, the Wayside Cross Rescue Mission and the Pueblo Community Soup Kitchen.

For $10 you can get hot soup and a pottery bowl hand crafted by a student.
