It's all about teamwork and not individual stats for our latest Loaf 'N Jug Aquafina Athlete of the Week.
Nick Servi plays midfielder and face off for the Pueblo West lacrosse team. He's actually a student at Pueblo South High School but plays for the West co-op team. The 18-year old senior calls himself a "mesh kid." He's not concerned with scoring goals. Instead, he's all about bringing the team together.
"If you can give 100 percent on the field, every single time you get sent off then pulled back on, you just keep on going," said Nick. "You have to keep on giving 100 percent and need to keep going and dig deep. It's a hard sport."
Next year in college, Nick will be part of CSU-Pueblo's inaugural lacrosse team. He also enjoys snowboarding.
