Pueblo West man arrested on assault charge

The Pueblo County Sheriff's Office arrested a man in Pueblo West early this morning after a disturbance at 736 E. Hahn's Peak.
Robert Kirby, 61, was charged with attempted murder, menacing and assault. A 30 year old woman at the residence said Kirby had threatened to kill her. She also received a cigarette burn to her face. The incident happened around 1 a.m.
