A health warning is going out to parents in Pueblo West.
According to the Pueblo City-County Health Department -- a student at Pueblo West high school has been diagnosed with whooping cough.
15 more students on the freshmen football team are being examined.
Symptoms don't develop until 7 to 10 days after exposure.
Some of the symptoms-- coughing fits, breathlessness, vomiting and a change in facial color.
If you've been in contact with the freshman football team-- you're asked to go get checked out by your doctor.
