Pursuit and rollover in El Paso County

El Paso County Sheriff's deputies are on the scene of a rollover near the Red Rocks Open Space off Highway 24. It all started as a pursuit when a problem came up with the plates on the car. The car rolled and two people jumped out--one was pinned inside.
The two who ran off were caught a short time later at the Santa Fe Motel in Manitou.
