A nice Sunday is on tap for us here in Southern Colorado. It'll be mostly sunny throughout the day with highs a few degrees average for this time of year in the 50s. Winds will generally be out of the south-southeast at 5 to 15 mph. Gustier winds are likely over higher terrain locations like the Palmer Divide, Teller County, and the Wets and Sangres.
Expect more sunshine for the first half of the workweek with above average highs in the 50s/60s. The warmest day of the week looks to be Tuesday. A storm system may impact our area Thursday and Friday bringing a chance of rain and snow to the region plus colder air.
