Rain is changing over to snow from north to south across the KOAA viewing area. Temperatures continue to fall off through the afternoon and most of southern Colorado should be all snow by early evening.
Higher elevavations west of I-25 could see 5"-10" of snow. It will be a struggle for the snow to accumulate this afternoon but by later tonight we could see the snow start to accumulate on grass and elevated surfaces. For Colorado Springs I am thinking 1"-3" of snow is possible and for Pueblo 1" to maybe 1.5" of snow is possible through Thursday morning. - Meteorologist John Dissauer
