Rapids trade Kandji to Dynamo for draft pick

DENVER (AP) - The Colorado Rapids have traded forward Macoumba Kandji to the Houston Dynamo for a conditional draft pick.
Kandji was with Colorado when it won its first MLS Cup in 2010. His play led to the winning overtime goal, but he tore his ACL in his left knee in the process. He returned to the field midway through the 2011 season.
