Recycling event planned at UCCS

A community-wide recycling event will happen on April 28 at UCCS.
For $5.00 residents of the area will be able to recycle a carload of unwanted materials. Items accepted include tires, mattresses, electronics, latex paint, batteries, bulbs and more.
The event is sponsored by Blue Star Recyclers, a 501 (c) 3.
The event will happen from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs Parking Lot 12 across from University Village.
