Redistricting process remains heated

It's something we do every ten years, but that doesn't mean when the time comes around participants are any less contentious. Now with a new population count following the 2010 Census, it's time to redraw Colorado's Congressional District lines to account for population shifts.

Legislators will have their chance to have a map approved; but with a Republican controlled house and a Democrat controlled Senate, unified support seems difficult to achieve. The process may end up in court.

Sunday evening on News First 5 at 5:30 we'll hear from both Republicans and Democrats on where the process stands now, and if they think this will be settled in the legislature or the courts.
