BOULDER, Colo. (AP) - Kathy McConnell-Miller is reportedly on her way out as women's basketball coach at the University of Colorado.
The Denver Post reported on its Web site that the school was in negotiations to terminate her contract, which runs through 2011-12.
Athletic director Mike Bohn called the report premature while speaking with reporters during a public groundbreaking ceremony for a new men's and women's basketball and volleyball practice facility Thursday.
McConnell-Miller, who is 65-88 in five seasons at CU, including 13-17 last season, wasn't at the groundbreaking event. Bohn said she was on vacation with her family in Arizona for spring break.
