Members of the High Angle Rescue Team retrieved several climbers at Garden of the Gods Wednesday afternoon.

The inital report said six people were stuck on Kissing Camels, one of the most famous of the rock formations at the city park, on the west side of Colorado Springs.

It turned out only four people needed to be rescued. They were climbing in an area on Kissing Camels called "The Gully." Climbing more than 10 feet off the ground is prohibited at the park except for those with training and climbing gear. The climbers were all ticketed. No one was injured.
