Boulder County residents allowed to return to their homes for the first time since a wildfire exploded Monday are against being hustled out of the area, as winds are kicking-up earlier than expected. The forecast is for wind gusts 45 - 60 mph--exactly what fire bosses don't need.
The number of homes leveled by the fire was upped to 169 Thursday.
The El Paso County Sheriff's Office Emergency Services Division, announced that it's sent personnel and resources to assist with the wildfire.
Thirteen workers, a light brush truck, and a specialized communications vehicle have also been sent.
