A local restaurant is celebrating one year with a free food offer--if you have the legs for it.

Chick-fil-A on Garden of the Gods is offering a year's worth of free meals, if you can skate for eight hours. Skate City will provide skates and entertainment for participants.

"We're gonna be doing a lot of hokey pokey, chicken dancing, red light green light," said Torie Giffen of Chick-fil-A. "We'll be doing reverse skate, backwards skate."

Last year more than a hundred people camped out for free food when the store opened. The skate is limited to 150 people. The first 100 to complete the event win the food. It happens next Thursday night (11/11/2010) and runs through 6 a.m. Friday.
