Runner hopes New York Marathon's route will end at the altar

The famous New York Marathon is Sunday.

More than 40,000 runners will participate, and everyone has their own reasons for slogging through 26 miles.

Some do it beat a certain time, some raise money for charity, many run just for fun.

There's even a group running for love, as in, trying to find a mate.

"My name is Jessica Morgan. I'm 33 years old. Classic ways I looked for love is everything from set ups, many hours at bars, parties, on-line dating."

Now, she's looking for love on the run by running the marathon.

She calls it: Running For Love, 2009.

"I wrote a personal ad about training for the marathon to find somebody. I love challenges, and I'm up for trying anything just about once. I'm posting it on everything like '', 'jdate'," says Morgan.

Now that she's out there, she needs to look the part.

"Normally I wouldn't wear something as tight as running clothes."

She's online, and looking good, and Jessica finally realized she actually needs to run.

Joining "Team For Kids" seemed like a great way to meet guys and raise money for children's health programs.

"Completely this is such a socially vibrant group," says running member Erik Wagner.

"Definitely some of them immediately did not look like the prototype of what I want but maybe," says Jessica, after the group's first outing.

And as this night went on, the running was good, the drinking was great, and Jessica is sure it'll all lead to the finish line and the altar.

"There's no way I'm not running the 26.2 miles on November 1st if there's no way there's not going to be a guy there for me," vows Jessica!
