Mediterranean Chicken

6 8oz Airline Chicken Breast
1/4c Sundried Tomatoes
6 Button Mushrooms (diced)
1/4 c Feta Cheese
3oz Olive Oil
Salt & Fresh Cracked Black Pepper
2c White Wine
3tbs butter

Lay the chicken breasts on cutting board, season with salt and pepper. Put a slit in the breast and stuff with the tomato, mushroom and cheese. Put the olive oil in a large sauté pan on high heat and sear the chicken on all sides, add the wine and butter then place in a preheated 350 degree oven for 15-18 minutes or till the internal temperature reaches 160 degrees. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
