Savage Kitchen - Cliff House Mocha Cream
1 cup heavy whipping cream, divided
3 teaspoons sugar
Pinch of salt
1/3 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/3cup Coffee Bean (crushed)
Powder sugar for garnish
In a small saucepan, combine cream, coffee, vanilla, sugar and salt. Bring to a boil then simmer for 10 to 15 minutes. Pass through cheese cloth to remove the beans.
Transfer to a small bowl. Refrigerate until chilled. Beat filling until stiff.
