TODAY: Increasing cloud cover and the probability of precipitation. Highs will be 20 degrees cooler than yesterday. Colorado Springs will top out in the low 50s, Pueblo should reach the low 60s, upper 50s in Canon City, and upper 40s in Teller. Precipitation beginning in Northern El Paso County and Teller early afternoon. The high elevations could get 2-3" of snow. Colorado Springs should stay dry through early afternoon and Pueblo should stay dry through late afternoon. The unsettle weather brings the possibility of lightning and thunder showers. Overnight will be dry with lows in the upper 20s to low 30s.
SUNDAY: Similar to Saturday, we will start out dry with increasing moisture and the chance for thunder showers throughout the afternoon as another cold front is expected to move through. Before the front passes, winds will increase from the west. It will be windy and a little warmer with highs near 60, upper 40s in Teller County. Clearing conditions overnight with lows in the upper 20s, near 20 in Teller County.
MONDAY: We are left with dry, cool conditions. High pressure builds in with highs near 45 in Colorado Springs, near 50s in Pueblo and Canon City...near 40 in Teller County. Lows in the 20s.
TUESDAY: Staying dry and warming up. Highs will be seasonable...50s in Colorado Springs and Pueblo, near 60 in Canon City with upper 40s in Teller County.
WEDNESDAY-THURSDAY: Unsettle weather is a possibility. We will be watching a storm system as it develops over the next couple days. Highs are expected to be slightly above seasonal averages.
FRIDAY: Cooler with highs in the 40s in Colorado Springs and Pueblo, near 50 in Canon City, and in the 30s in Teller County.
