BOULDER (AP)-A bookkeeper from Boulder has been arrested on suspicion of embezzling $160,000 from a nonprofit that works with the Boulder Valley School District to improve education.
Forty-four-year-old Diana Lynn Lewis of Boulder faces a felony charge of theft over $20,000 and dozens of charges of forgery. She is being held in the Boulder County Jail on $100,000 bail.
Boulder police say the alleged embezzlement happened over several years.
