Security breach at Memorial Hospital

There was a security breach at Memorial Hospital in Colorado Springs.
According to an official with the hospital, the records of 30 to 40 patients were accessed by a former employee. It happened earlier this year.
Letters are being sent to everyone affected. They don't know why she was looking at those records.
No criminal charges have been filed.
