Lots of accidents are being called in amid slick weather in southern Colorado.
Colorado Springs Police are going on Accident Alert Status. Anyone involved in an accident where there are no injuries, or no drugs or alcohol is suspected; they can exchange information and fill out cold reporting documents. The forms can be found on the city's website (www.springsgov.com) under the Public Safety tab. Cold reporting forms have to be turned in within 72 hours. Cold accident reports can also be filled out at the Police Operation Center downtown, or at any of the four substations around Colorado Springs.
