Sheriff: Cabin fire unintentional

BIG BEAR. Calif. (AP) - A California sheriff says his deputies did not intentionally burn down a cabin where a former Los Angeles police officer was holed up.

But San Bernardino Sheriff John McMahon says deputies did lob pyrotechnic tear gas into the cabin, and it erupted in flames.

A coroner is examining charred remains. Christopher Dorner is believed to have killed four people. The latest victim was a deputy during a gun battle yesterday.
