Here's some good news for all you choco-holics out there: a new study indicates those who eat more chocolate, weigh less.
The new research suggests that those who ate chocolate more frequently had a lower body mass index. That means a lower weight for their height.
Doctors from U.C. San Diego School of Medicine say it's not explained by lower calorie intake, that people who ate more chocolate frequently ate more calories, and it was not explained by greater activity.
So don't grab that large candy bar just yet, consumption and a smaller body mass index, was stronger in people who didn't over-indulge, but ate a small amount every day.
You should know the chocolate industry did not fund this research, the project was spurred in part by personal interest.
