A fast-moving storm is expected to blow through eastern Colorado this morning. Already it's snowing on Monument Hill with a steady wind.
Three to five inches is expected in Teller County, three to six inches in Black Forest. And the wind will complicate matters.
Already several school districts have decided to open late.
