Soldier arrested for fraud and theft, 97 victims identified

A press conference is scheduled for this morning, talking about newly filed fraud and theft charges against U.S. Army Staff Sergeant Delroy Henry.

Charges filed Thursday are in relation to securities fraud, theft and forgery.  97 victims have been identified, and officials from the District Attorney's office say they are primarily members of the military.  12 charges have been filed total.
