Soldier may plead guilty in court martial

A court martial starts tomorrow at Fort Carson for a soldier accused of killing a Taliban prisoner he was guarding.

Private 1st Class David Lawrence is charged with one count of murder. The death happened last year in Afghanistan. His attorney says Lawrence suffers from schizophrenia and PTSD and plans to plead guilty in exchange for a reduced sentence.

Lawrence was with the 1st BCT, 4th Infantry Division.
