A Colorado Springs man was arrested Thursday after allegedly trying to sell home grown marijuana to a licensed marijuana store. With the help of a local dispensary, the Pueblo County Sheriff's Office arrested Thomas Salsman, 56.
Deputies executed a search warrant at his Colorado Springs home and confiscated another 20 ounces of marijuana.
Authorities say Salsman had more than $15,000 worth of marijuana in his possession. He reportedly admitted to police that he had been growing marijuana for over two decades.
Salsman is being held in the Pueblo County Detention Facility. He is charged with Possession of Intent to Distribute, a Class 3 Felony, along with Possession of more than 12 ounces, a Class 4 Felony.
