Colorado Springs City Councilmembers approved two measures to appear on the November ballot.

One is to phase out enterprise payments to the city. Examples of enterprises include the stormwater enterprise and Colorado Springs Utilities. Douglas Bruce circulated a petition to get this issue on the ballot.

The second is a ballot question asking voters to approve an increase to property taxes. City councilmember Jan Martin proposed this issue. It would increase the property tax mill levy by 10 mills over five years.
