Storm moving out, warmer air moving in

The weak storm that brought flurries to parts of the Pikes Peak Region today is on it's way out. Partly to mostly cloudy skies early then clearing and cold. Downslope west winds will bring much warmer air Wednesday with mostly sunny skies. Wind speeds will reach 30 mph in the foothills and up to 20 mph on the plains. A little cooler Thursday with dry skies. Friday through the weekend will be pleasant with sunshine and mild temperatures. Slightly cooler air could return next week but no major storms to deal with for at least the next 7 days.
