Strong storm headed for Colorado

Dry skies and mild temperatures overnight tonight. Wednesday will be windy during the afternoon and warm. A big storm rolls across Colorado Thursday with up to 8" of snow in the mountains. An isolated pm thunderstorm possible over the lower elevations but the bigger story will be the wind. Gusts from 40 to 50 mph Thursday with high fire danger. Cooler air drifts in behind the storm system.
