COLD FRONT SUCCESSION
It appears that several cold fronts are lining up to pass across southern Colorado this week. The first passes early New Year's Day (Wednesday). Temperatures will be falling through the 40°s by afternoon.
Two additional cold front pass later in the week, Saturday and again Monday. Right now it looks like the weekend will be on the chilly side with highs in the 30°s. Data suggests even colder air comes in behind the cold front that passes Monday. Highs are projected to be in the 20°s. Stay tuned! - Meteorologist John Dissauer
