Suspect arrested after standoff

An arrest has been made in that standoff last night in the Midway Ranches area, near PPIR.
Michael Duncan, 28, faces charges of attempted first degree murder and menacing, after allegedly firing at a couple and chasing their vehicle along I-25.
He surrendered to SWAT officers last night, after a brief standoff.
Sheriff's Detectives booked Duncan into the Criminal Justice Center for Criminal Attempt-First Degree Murder and Menacing. Duncan was released after posting $50,000 bond.
